Stainless Steel Octagonal Bar
Stainless steel octagonal bar, also known as octagon stainless rod, is a special solid bar with eight equal sides, normally produced by cold drawing process. It achieves precise across‑flat dimension, high straightness and a smooth uniform surface. Compared with hex bar, octagonal bar offers unique symmetrical geometry for special clamping, connection and decorative mechanical components. Our octagonal stainless bar retains excellent corrosion resistance, ductility and machinability. It can be CNC turned, milled, threaded, welded and polished. We provide a full range of surface options: black pickled, BA bright, polished, No.4 and HL brushed. As a non‑standard shaped bar, it is widely customized for special engineering and decorative projects.

HL hairline stainless steel coil, also known as long‑line brushed stainless steel coil, is processed from premium 2B or BA cold‑rolled substrate with continuous abrasive belt grinding to create fine, uniform, straight hair‑like linear grain across the whole coil. Compared with No.4 short‑brush finish, HL features longer, smoother and more elegant streaks, widely adopted for mid‑to‑high‑end architectural and elevator decoration projects. The hairline surface effectively hides minor scratches and fingerprints for easier daily maintenance than 8K mirror finish. PVD colored HL coil (gold, rose gold, black titanium, champagne) is available upon request.
Hot rolled stainless steel coil is produced by high‑temperature slab rolling, followed by annealing and pickling, known as No.1 finish. It is the heavy‑gauge base material widely used in heavy industrial fabrication, pressure equipment and pipe production, different from thin‑gauge 2B cold‑rolled stainless steel coil. The No.1 surface is a dull, non‑reflective pickled finish with stable mechanical property, high‑temperature resistance and excellent corrosion resistance. It is the ideal raw material for further cutting, bending, forging, welding and deep processing.
Stainless steel capillary tube is ultra‑small diameter precision tubing, also known as capillary tubing, widely used for fluid control, sensing and micro‑component fabrication. We supply both seamless capillary tube and precision welded capillary tube, cold drawn to achieve strict dimensional tolerance, smooth inner bore and clean BA bright surface. Unlike regular stainless steel pipe, capillary tube features tiny outer diameter and thin wall with consistent roundness and uniform wall thickness. It can be cut, bent, flared, punched and customized into finished needle tubes, probe tubes and instrument parts. Excellent corrosion resistance, clean surface and stable mechanical performance make it the preferred precision raw material for high‑end industrial and medical sectors.
