Stainless Steel Capillary Tube
Stainless steel capillary tube is ultra‑small diameter precision tubing, also known as capillary tubing, widely used for fluid control, sensing and micro‑component fabrication. We supply both seamless capillary tube and precision welded capillary tube, cold drawn to achieve strict dimensional tolerance, smooth inner bore and clean BA bright surface. Unlike regular stainless steel pipe, capillary tube features tiny outer diameter and thin wall with consistent roundness and uniform wall thickness. It can be cut, bent, flared, punched and customized into finished needle tubes, probe tubes and instrument parts. Excellent corrosion resistance, clean surface and stable mechanical performance make it the preferred precision raw material for high‑end industrial and medical sectors.

Stainless steel seamless pipe (SMLS pipe) is manufactured by piercing solid stainless steel billet, followed by hot finishing or cold drawing. Stainless steel square tube, also known as SHS square hollow section, is cold formed and precision welded from stainless steel strip coil. It combines structural strength with decorative appearance, widely used for architectural ornamentation and light structural fabrication. Our square tube can be supplied with weld seam ground and polished for an invisible seam effect, suitable for visible decorative projects. Unlike round stainless pipe, square hollow section features neat square geometry, easy assembly, bending, welding and cutting. Multiple surface finishes are available, with protective PE film applied to avoid scratches during processing and shipment. Anti‑fingerprint treatment and PVD colored coating are optional.
Stainless steel welded pipe (ERW straight seam welded tube) is formed by rolling stainless steel strip into round hollow shape and performing electric resistance welding. The weld seam can be ground flush, solution‑annealed and non‑destructive‑tested for stable performance. It features precise dimension, uniform wall thickness, large‑diameter availability and competitive cost compared with seamless stainless pipe. We supply two main categories: decorative welded tube for architectural ornament and industrial welded pipe for process fluid transfer. Surface PE protective film is available for decorative grades; weld seam inspection by ET eddy current test is conducted for industrial piping.
